Inspection fees are based primarily on the home's square footage, age, and foundation type (crawl space or slab). Most inspections for an average-sized home range from $375 to $475. Larger homes and multi-family properties generally cost more. An average-sized home on a slab foundation typically requires approximately 2.5 to 3 hours on site to complete; however, larger homes, crawl space foundations, and multi-family properties will require additional time.

Please note: I am licensed to perform home inspections only within the State of Arkansas. Multi-family inspections are limited to properties containing up to four dwelling units (quadplexes). Inspections of multi-family properties cannot be scheduled online and must be quoted and scheduled by phone. In addition, residential properties larger than 3,500 square feet require a custom quote and must also be scheduled by phone. Commercial property inspections are not offered.
